Our goal at North Lane Realty is to
maximize the return on our client's investment while
providing attractive, clean, safe, and affordable space to
our tenants.
We are value investors and look for undervalued properties
with the potential for solid cash flow and a limited
downside. As real estate investors ourselves we know what
works and what doesn't. Our typical holding period is 2-5
years. We can provide a variety of property management
services and currently manage or own more than 25
properties spread over six counties, all in Northern
Illinois.
Over the past several years we have completed over 75
transactions for our clients and all but two have proved
to be profitable. We have been successful in generating
annual net pre-tax returns in excess of 20%.
